First, we brought you live transportation information for North America. Then, we upped the ante to include major cities in Latin America. Now, we’re excited to announce our European expansion, with data now available in 14 cities across Western Europe! This information will be available not only on our TransitScreen displays, but also in our CityMotion mobile app and MobilityScore data product.
“We have seen significant demand from our corporate customers to serve their offices in Europe,” said TransitScreen cofounder Ryan Croft. “So many European workers commute by public transit, and new transportation options such as bikeshare, e-scooters, electric bikes, and ride-hailing have grown rapidly across the continent.”
The initial launch will cover 14 cities: Amsterdam, Barcelona, Bordeaux, Dublin, Lisbon, London, Madrid, Manchester, Milan, Paris, Rome, Stockholm, Toulouse, Warsaw, and Zurich. These cities are home to 70 million people, many of whom use public transportation to get around every day.
CityMotion and TransitScreen are available in multiple languages including English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish.
“We’re very excited to be incorporating this data into our platform,” said Tyler Dillard, mobility data analyst at TransitScreen. “We look forward to continuing to grow our global data platform.”
